Turn on location in Chrome on iPhone and iPad

The Flights above me button on the Flight Tracker and the Lounge Finder’s find-me and Near me buttons need your location. If your browser says location is blocked, the steps below turn it back on.

We use your location only when you press a location button, and we never store it.

Press Check again to see whether location works here.

iPhone or iPad: Chrome or another app

1. Allow cwsi.net in Chrome

  1. Chrome asks when a site wants your location. Reload this page, press Check again and choose Allow when Chrome asks.
  2. If Chrome does not ask, the iPhone setting below is usually the one that is off.

2. Turn on location for Chrome

  1. Open Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services and turn Location Services on.
  2. In the same list, tap Chrome and choose While Using the App (or Ask Next Time Or When I Share).
  3. Turn Precise Location on there for the best position at an airport.

Using Edge, Firefox or the Google app instead? The same steps apply: pick that app in the Location Services list.

Changed a setting? Reload this page, then press Check again. Still stuck? Tell us which phone or computer and browser you use.
