Turn on location in Chrome on a computer

The Flights above me button on the Flight Tracker and the Lounge Finder’s find-me and Near me buttons need your location. If your browser says location is blocked, the steps below turn it back on.

We use your location only when you press a location button, and we never store it.

Press Check again to see whether location works here.

Computer: Chrome

1. Allow cwsi.net in Chrome

  1. On a cwsi.net page, click the icon at the left of the address bar (View site information).
  2. Turn Location on. If it is not listed, click Site settings and set Location to Allow.
  3. Or open More (the three dots) > Settings > Privacy and security > Site settings > Location and take cwsi.net off the Not allowed list.

2. Turn on location for Chrome on your computer

  1. Mac: Apple menu > System Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services. Turn Location Services on, and turn it on for Google Chrome.
  2. Windows: Start > Settings > Privacy & security > Location. Turn on Location services and Let apps access your location, and make sure Let desktop apps access your location is on.

If Chrome says location is turned off in your system settings, step 2 is the one to fix.
