Turn on location in Chrome on Android

The Flights above me button on the Flight Tracker and the Lounge Finder’s find-me and Near me buttons need your location. If your browser says location is blocked, the steps below turn it back on.

We use your location only when you press a location button, and we never store it.

Press Check again to see whether location works here.

Android: Chrome

1. Allow cwsi.net in Chrome

  1. On a cwsi.net page, tap View site information at the left of the address bar, then Permissions, and turn Location on.
  2. Not listed there? Tap More (the three dots) > Settings > Site settings > Location, tap cwsi.net under Not allowed and choose Allow.

2. Turn on location for your phone

  1. Open Settings > Location and turn Use location on.
  2. On the same screen, tap App location permissions > Chrome and choose Allow only while using the app.
  3. Turn Use precise location on for the best position at an airport.

Menu names vary a little between phone makers. Using another browser? Pick it instead of Chrome in step 2.

Changed a setting? Reload this page, then press Check again. Still stuck? Tell us which phone or computer and browser you use.
