TrueBlue Point Earn Rates by Fare Type
Points earned per dollar on JetBlue flights depend on fare type, booking channel, Mosaic status, and whether you pay with a JetBlue credit card. Card bonus points are earned in addition to flight points.

Online Bonus applies only when booked on JetBlue.com or the JetBlue app. Mosaic bonus varies by tier: Mosaic 1–2 earn +3 pts/$, Mosaic 3 earns +4 pts/$, Mosaic 4 earns +5 pts/$ on all fare types. Points are earned on the base fare before taxes and fees.
JetBlue Credit Card Bonuses
JetBlue Mastercard holders (issued by Barclays) earn additional TrueBlue points per dollar when purchasing JetBlue flights with their card. These card bonus points stack on top of your flight earning (base + online + Mosaic).

All JetBlue cards also earn 1X on all other purchases. The JetBlue Plus and JetBlue Premier cardholders (and up to 3 companions on the same reservation) receive one free checked bag on JetBlue-operated flights.
Mosaic Status Qualification
Earn tiles through JetBlue flights, spending on JetBlue cards, and partner activity to qualify for Mosaic status tiers. Higher Mosaic tiers unlock more benefits including bonus points, free bags, and priority boarding.

Tiles are earned by flying JetBlue (1 tile per flight segment on most fares, 0 on Blue Basic), spending on JetBlue cards (1 tile per $1,000 spent), and through partner activity. JetBlue Premier cardholders receive 5 bonus tiles annually.
Good to Know
- Points are earned on the base fare before taxes and fees. The fare type and booking channel determine your base earn rate.
- JetBlue credit card bonus points are earned on the total JetBlue purchase amount (including taxes and fees) and are in addition to flight earning points.
- A Mosaic 4 member with a JetBlue Plus card booking a Mint fare on JetBlue.com can earn up to 17 points per $1 (3 base + 3 online + 5 Mosaic + 6 card) — the highest possible earn rate.
- The JetBlue Premier card is the only card that earns Mosaic tiles (5 per year), making it the fastest path to Mosaic status for frequent flyers.
- All JetBlue credit cards are issued by Barclays Bank Delaware as Mastercards. The JetBlue Card has no annual fee; all others have annual fees.
- Mosaic bonus varies by tier: Mosaic 1–2 earn +3 pts/$, Mosaic 3 earns +4 pts/$, and Mosaic 4 earns +5 pts/$ — the same rate applies to all fare types within each tier.
- Bookings through third-party sites or travel agents do not earn the online booking bonus, which can be up to 3 pts/$1 on non-Basic fares.
