Boeing 737-800

The 737-800 is the Next Generation 737 with a fuselage slightly longer than the 737-400's and the new wing, stabilizer and tail of the series. It is 129 ft 6 in long. Boeing's planning layout seats 160 in two classes, or up to 184 in economy only, and its heaviest version can take off at 174,200 pounds. Two CFM56-7B engines power it, and winglets stretch its span to 117 ft 5 in. Boeing also converts passenger 737-800s into freighters, the 737-800BCF, which load cargo through a large door on the main deck.
