Rules and exceptions
- Elite status bonuses do not apply on Cathay Pacific flights.
- Aeroplan publishes earning only for Cathay Pacific flights between Hong Kong and Chiang Mai, Phuket, Bangkok, Cebu, Manila, Kuala Lumpur, Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi; the chart below applies to those routes.
- Tickets issued by Air Canada (014) earn points per CAD spent instead.
- Status Qualifying Credits on partner flights are capped at 25,000 per year.
