General Atomics MQ-9 Reaper
The MQ-9 Reaper is a remotely piloted aircraft that the Air Force describes as larger and more powerful than the MQ-1 Predator. The M stands for multi-role, the Q for remotely piloted aircraft system, and the 9 for the ninth in the series. A full system is aircraft carrying sensors and weapons, a ground control station, a satellite link and spares. A rated pilot flies it and an enlisted crew member runs the sensors and guides weapons. The baseline carries the Multi-Spectral Targeting System. This site lists it as a military aircraft, with the Air Force's published numbers and no flight data.
