BAe Jetstream 41
The Jetstream 41 is the larger, stretched successor to the Jetstream 31 and 32: a low-wing, twin-turboprop regional airliner for up to 30 passengers, certified in Europe in 1992. Two Garrett TPE331-14 engines, one turning clockwise and the other counterclockwise, drive five-blade, 114-inch counter-rotating propellers. The airplane is 19.33 meters long with a wingspan of 18.42 meters. British Aerospace built it, and BAE Systems now holds the type certificate. This site lists one page for it.
