Xiamen Airlines Egret Miles Calculator

Unofficial. See the Egret Miles a Xiamen Airlines flight earns on the fare you paid. Rules as published by Xiamen Airlines.

Since 25 July 2026 Xiamen Airlines pays Egret Miles on the base fare plus the fuel surcharge, in yuan, multiplied by a category multiplier for the cabin and booking class plus a tier multiplier for your Egret Miles tier.

How this calculator works

Enter the base fare plus fuel surcharge for the flight in yuan, then pick the cabin and booking class and your Egret Miles tier. The calculator adds the category multiplier and the tier multiplier, multiplies the amount by the sum and rounds up to whole miles. The result updates as you change an answer.

What the inputs mean

  • Base fare plus fuel surcharge: the amount for the flight in yuan, without airport construction fees and other charges, on a Xiamen Airlines (MF), Hebei Airlines (NS) or Jiangxi Airlines (RY) flight ticketed on stock starting 731, 836 or 989. Xiamen converts other currencies at the IATA rate on the ticket issue date, so enter the yuan amount.
  • Cabin and booking class: First, Business and Economy Y, H, W have a category multiplier of 1.0 and other Economy classes 0.7. Economy H counts 1.0 on China domestic routes and 0.7 on international routes and on Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan routes.
  • Egret Miles tier: Silver adds 0.2, Gold 0.3, Platinum 0.4 and Diamond 0.5 to the category multiplier. The guide lists no multiplier for a member without a tier, so that is counted at 0.
  • Credit this flight to: you can credit the flight to Delta SkyMiles, Flying Club or Flying Blue instead of Egret Miles. Choose one to see what the flight earns there, by route and booking class, with your status in that program. How Egret Miles and tiers are earned

The new Egret Miles programme took effect on 25 July 2026 and is revenue based on tickets sold by the Xiamen Airlines Group. Award tickets, charter and complimentary tickets and infant tickets earn nothing, and special, bundled and promotional fares follow their own fare rules. Connecting tickets earn segment by segment on each segment's fare. The guide prints no minimum per flight, so none is applied.

Tiers come from qualifying points earned in a calendar year: Egret Silver 20 (SkyTeam Elite), Egret Gold 40 (SkyTeam Elite), Egret Platinum 70 (SkyTeam Elite Plus) and Egret Diamond 120 (SkyTeam Elite Plus). Xiamen's formula is (base fare + fuel surcharge) / 1000 + 1, but the guide also awards 0.5 points per segment on connecting itineraries and does not say whether the +1 counts per ticket or per segment, so this calculator does not work out points. The Xiamen Airlines chart lists the multipliers, the tiers and the table for other tickets.

Example

A Gold member who buys an Economy Y fare of 2,600 yuan earns 2,600 x (1.0 + 0.3) = 3,380 Egret Miles. A member without a tier on the same fare earns 2,600 miles. A Diamond member in Business with a 10,000 yuan fare earns 10,000 x (1.0 + 0.5) = 15,000. A member without a tier in an Economy class such as K earns 10,000 x 0.7 = 7,000 on a 10,000 yuan fare.

What it does not cover

A flight with an MF, NS or RY code on other ticket stock, and a flight with an MF code operated by a SkyTeam partner or China Southern, earns by distance and booking class instead, and flights operated by a partner under its own code earn by the partner programme's rules. Paid extras such as ancillary services and the annual caps on some sources of qualifying points are not counted here. Xiamen publishes the rules in its Egret Miles Membership Guide and on the Egret Miles site.
