Korean Air SKYPASS Miles Calculator
Unofficial. See the SKYPASS miles and flight points a Korean Air flight earns. Fare table as published by Korean Air.
SKYPASS pays the flight distance times a percentage set by the booking class (70% to 200%), and counts flight points toward Morning Calm: 1 per flight within Korea, 2 per international flight. Choose your airports, connections included.
How this calculator works
Choose your airports and the booking class on your Korean Air ticket. The calculator measures each flight's great-circle distance with the same airport data as our Great Circle Distance Calculator and multiplies it by the class percentage from Korean Air's current international fare table, rounding each flight down to whole miles. Each flight also counts flight points. Choose Round trip to count the same flights back the other way. Add the miles and flight points you already have to see how far you are from the next tier.
What the inputs mean
- Airports: where you fly from, where you fly to, and any connections (add a connection for each extra flight). Each flight earns on its own.
- Booking class: the letter on your ticket. Q and T earn 70%; L, U, S, H, E, K, Y, B, M and W earn 100%; V earns 110%; D, I, R and C earn 125%; J earns 135%; F earns 200%. Korean Air lists L, U, Q and T under both Saver and Standard, and they earn the same in either.
- Your SKYPASS tier: sets which tiers the progress shows. Below Morning Calm Select it counts miles and flight points in your current period; from Select up it counts lifetime miles toward Morning Calm Premium and Million Miler.
- Credit this flight to: you can credit the flight to Atmos Rewards, Delta SkyMiles, Flying Club or Flying Blue instead of SKYPASS. Choose one to see what the flight earns there, by route and booking class, with your status in that program. The full tables: Atmos Rewards on Korean Air, Delta SkyMiles on Korean Air, Flying Club on Korean Air, Flying Blue on Korean Air.
Flights within Korea
This calculator covers Korean Air's international fare table only, so the miles for flights within Korea are left out. They still count as 1 flight point each.
Tiers
Morning Calm needs 50,000 miles (30,000 or more from Korean Air flights) or 80 flight points. Morning Calm Select is reached during the Morning Calm qualification period with 100,000 miles flown on Korean Air (SkyTeam airlines included) or 140 flight points, and lasts two years. Morning Calm Premium (500,000 miles) and Million Miler (1,000,000 miles), both counting miles on Korean Air and SkyTeam airlines, are for life. Miles from non-SkyTeam partners, credit cards and promotions do not count toward Select, Premium or Million Miler.
Examples
A 5,000-mile flight earns 5,000 miles in Y, 3,500 in Q, 5,500 in V, 6,250 in C and 6,750 in J, plus 2 flight points. A round trip within Korea earns 2 flight points.
Asiana Airlines
Asiana Airlines' mileage program joins SKYPASS on December 17, 2026. This calculator covers Korean Air's own flights; see the Korean Air fare chart for the integration notes.
