Alaska Atmos Rewards Calculator
Unofficial. See the points and status points an Alaska or Hawaiian Airlines flight earns. Chart as published by Alaska Airlines.
For flights through Dec 31, 2026, Alaska and Hawaiian earn 100% to 200% of the miles flown by fare group, and Saver earns little or nothing. Atmos status adds 25% (Silver) to 150% (Titanium). From Jan 1, 2027 members choose distance (1 point per mile), price paid (5 points per $1) or segments (500 points each).
How this calculator works
First pick when you fly, because Atmos Rewards earning changes on Jan 1, 2027. For flights through Dec 31, 2026, enter the miles flown and pick the fare. For flights from Jan 1, 2027, pick your earning method and fare type, then enter the miles, price or number of segments that method needs. Add your Atmos status and card, and the calculator totals your points and status points. The result updates as you change an answer.
What the inputs mean
- Miles flown: the flight distance in miles.
- Fare: the fare group, shown with its booking letters. Your fare class letter tells you which group you are in.
- Price paid: the fare before taxes and fees. It is needed only for your card, or for the price-paid method from 2027.
- Atmos status: Silver, Gold, Platinum or Titanium, or none.
- Credit this flight to: you can credit the flight to American AAdvantage or British Airways Club instead of Atmos Rewards. Choose one to see what the flight earns there, by route and booking class, with your status in that program. The full tables: American AAdvantage on Alaska Airlines, British Airways Club on Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, Horizon Air and SkyWest Airlines Inc.
How Atmos Rewards points are earned
Through Dec 31, 2026, Alaska and Hawaiian flights earn a percentage of the miles flown, set by the fare class: 200% on J, 175% on C, 150% on D, I, Y and B, 125% on H and K, and 100% on M, L, V, S, N, Q, O and G. Saver (X) earns 0, or 30% if booked before Jun 11, 2026 or flown through Jul 31, 2026. Status adds 25% (Silver), 50% (Gold), 100% (Platinum) or 150% (Titanium) of the miles flown. Status points from the flight equal the fare points before any status bonus. Flights under 500 miles have a 500-point minimum through Dec 31, 2026; Alaska does not say how it combines with the fare percentage, so the calculator works from the miles you enter and says so.
From Jan 1, 2027 members choose a method: distance (1 point per mile), price paid (5 points per $1, without taxes) or segments (500 points per segment). Basic and Saver fares earn nothing, and the status bonus is a percentage of the method points. An Atmos Rewards card adds 3 points per $1 on Alaska and Hawaiian purchases, and card spend earns status points too: 1 per $3 with Ascent or Business, 1 per $2 with Summit. Status needs 20,000 status points for Silver, 40,000 for Gold, 80,000 for Platinum and 135,000 for Titanium.
Example
A 1,000-mile flight on an H fare in 2026, for an Atmos Gold member, earns 1,250 fare points plus a 500-point Gold bonus: 1,750 points and 1,250 status points.
